Brett is an exceptionally talented musician and DJ and the fact we could have a mixture of live music and DJ meant our evening entertainment kept our guests entertained! We trusted Brett with singing and playing our first dance song which he did exceptionally and really made it a special moment! Brett's preparation and professionalism in the run up to the big day was very helpful as it was one less thing to worry about and meant we were supremely confident in him doing the first dance perfectly! Having a massive range of live tracks meant we were spoilt for choice in designing a set list that was special to us and suited our friends and family, but Brett also complemented this with suitable DJ choices, meaning everyone enjoyed the evening as well as making opportunities for us to make memories from the evening (reggae Adele will never be forgotten!). "Highly recommended DJ, the music played for our wedding reception was great! Emma was excellent to coordinate with prior to the wedding and Brett was very friendly on the night too. The best part though was that we had asked Brett to acoustically play our first dance song as my bridesmaid sang it for us - this was absolutely fantastic. Brett sent a backing track through a couple of weeks before the night so she could practice, but they had no other rehearsal time together (apart from about 5 minutes while Brett was setting up!) - and it was flawless. Brett also does longer acoustic sets, but it was just the one song I wanted playing - in any case, I'd really recommend it if you want an extra personal touch." - Briony Frykman

Great setup and lights which looked brilliant and made the atmosphere really good. "The whole process of booking the DJ right up to and including the evening was easy and stress free. If anything I thought they would be on my case to 'pay up' and give them requests etc, but if anything it was me contacting them as I was expecting them to be on the phone every week! You forget that they are putting trust in you to keep the booking as well as I was trusting them to turn up! Emma was fab on the emails/text and responding to my requests and Brett was fab on the night. It was a very relaxed party with karaoke and the night was led by us. Brett was really lovely and polite and nothing was too much trouble. He didn't 'hog the mic' or sing along to the music and he definitely wasn't cheesy! Would definitely recommend." - Laura Ledley

"I literally picked Brett because out of all of the discos supplied, his response was professional, courteous and alarmingly grammatically correct! (And he didn't keep pestering me with further emails unlike the others!) From the word go, nothing was too much trouble. For an extra fee, Brett played guitar and sang for us in a 45 minute set that was absolutely fabulous - this is one talented individual. His playlist throughout the evening for the disco catered for tastes from 13 to 85, it was incredible! The dance floor was never empty and I had three people ask me for his number throughout the evening. He and his lovely wife Emma, who I had spoken with previously and who joined him on the night quite clearly are passionate about their music. "We hired Dynamix Disco for our wedding. We provided Emma and Brett a Spotify playlist of songs that we would like to have played and to also give them an idea of the music we liked. Brett played a great selection of songs including most of which were from our playlist. The best thing was that Brett was able to do a great job of our first dance song. We had asked him to mix the acoustic version of Foo Fighters - Everlong with the normal version and Brett did a great job of this, matching the tempos and making the transition between versions seamless.
